Born in Santiago City, Isabela, Philippines, and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Mary brings a rich blend of international perspective and local expertise to H.I.R.E. 360.

Drawing from her own immigrant journey and years of leadership experience, Mary is passionate about empowering skilled workers from the Philippines and helping Canadian businesses connect with the talent they need to grow and flourish. As the founder of IamChange Education and Wellness Foundation, a non-profit devoted to education and community wellness, her mission extends far beyond employment — reflecting a deep compassion for improving lives and strengthening communities.

With her unique background, entrepreneurial spirit, and drive to make a difference, Mary guides H.I.R.E. 360 toward a future filled with opportunity, fairness, and success for all.
